Membership Renewal
Due annually on March 15th
Memberships are renewed annually. You will receive an electronic invoice the beginning of February every year. Your renewal fee is due in full no later than March 15th. Renewals received after the due date are subject to a $50 late fee. Memberships not renewed by April 15th will be terminated and membership certificate refunds will be less a $100 penalty.
NOTE: Renewals are complete only after the member renews their membership type in eSoft and pays the annual fee. See the renewal instructions below for further details. Legacy members (Pre-2022) may Opt-In by January 26th for an invoice to be sent out by USPS mail HERE.
Resign Membership
Accepted september-March
Memberships can be resigned anytime between the end of the season and the following March 15th without penalty. Please fill out the electronic resignation form HERE and then download the form at the link below, sign and mail it to:

The resignation form MUST be signed by both bond holders to be considered valid. Resignation requests will be processed after April 15th. Resigning members should expect their first bond refund installment by the end of June.
