Colony Swim Club: A Great Place to Belong
- Established in 1965, Colony is a member-owned and operated summer swim club. It’s a great place to spend time with your friends and family. Look around — we think you’ll agree!
- Open between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, Colony is a wonderful place to get away from the heat, have fun, relax and get some exercise.
- The 210,000 gallon, 25 meter, heated pool has a capacity of 360 swimmers. There are 2 pool slides and low diving board in the deep well. Diving blocks are installed for use by the swim team during June and July.
- In addition to the pool, there is a snack bar, pop and juice machines, grills, basketball and volleyball courts, tetherball, and horseshoes. Private parties can be hosted in either of two picnic areas.
- We put an emphasis on health and safety.
- All Colony Swim Club employees are lifeguard-certified.
- Colony Swim Club offers swim lessons to members for a small fee. The lessons are based on the American Red Cross “Learn to Swim” program.
- The Colony Swim Team (“the Crocodiles”) provides an excellent, low-stress and fun opportunity for children to participate, learn, improve and compete against others with similar skills.
- Colony is financially stable.
- With 340 member families, Colony’s also a great place to make new friends.
