CONCESSIONS
The team hosts a concession sale at all of the home meets. Please consider donating either a healthy snack or treat for the sale (one donation per family per home meet). Proceeds help defray team costs. A suggested schedule is posted on the Meet Information, Schedule and Results page.
MAILBOXES/ FAMILY FOLDER
Each family will have a mailbox folder. They are located near the swim team bulletin board inside the clubhouse. Please check this folder for announcements, important information, and meet ribbons.
FIRE-UP PANCAKE BREAKFAST AND TEAM PHOTOS
Date: Friday, July 24, during scheduled practice time
- All available swimmers should have an individual picture taken whether they are ordering prints or not (the individual pictures are used to create the full team picture). PLEASE WEAR YOUR COLONY MEET SUIT AND CAP.
- The team will have a fire-up pancake breakfast during practice. Pancakes, fruit, and refreshments will be served.
- Swimmers are encouraged to bring a poster board and supplies to decorate posters for the upcoming League Meet – we will have some poster board available. Posters should be appropriate and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
- Swim (in the pool) time will likely be very limited.
AWARDS BANQUET
Date: Sunday, July 26
Time: TBD (pending progress of the meet) – dinner served around ___pm
Cost: $__ per person (ages 3 and under free)
INCLUDES: Lee’s Famous Chicken Strips, potato wedges, mac & cheese, salad, dessert & beverage
Please complete the RSVP form (in family folder or print) whether you plan to attend or not. Return the form and cash or a check payable to Colony Swim Club for those attending to during practice July 13-17.
Only those families who have registered for the banquet may attend.
