New applicants, in order to apply, a non-refundable $100 application fee is required along with an e-signed application below and please know that there is currently a Waiting List. Based on current turnover trends, there is approximately a 4 to 5 season wait before a membership opportunity is expected to open.  Fill out this form and we’ll respond with club availability and membership information.

  • hereby apply for membership in the Colony Swim Club, Inc. and agree to pay all initial membership costs, annual dues, maintenance fees, capital improvement fees and any special assessments proposed by the board and voted on by a quorum of members vested in their membership certificate, once offered a membership. Placement on the wait list is determined by timestamp of this application and receipt of payment. No applications will be accepted at the Pool. I have read and understand the Colony Pool Rules, and have been made aware of the By-Laws of the Club.

  • Future Involvement at Colony

    Colony is maintained, managed and directed by a Manager and Board of Directors model. Please indicate your areas of interest where you or your family member(s) will get involved in one of the standing committees. These committees are chaired by a Member of the Board of Directors, and future board members may be identified and nominated through their commitment to the Club. As an example, if you have a green thumb or a knack for landscape beautification, the Grounds committee would love to have your input on landscape related improvement proposals and active engagements.
    • Grounds Committee - Landscaping, Playscapes/Structures, Trees (arborists welcome), etc...
    • Building Committee - Building, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical expertise wanted.
    • Pool and Related Equipment Committee - responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the pool and related equipment
    • Personnel Committee - Responsible for the hiring and managing of the Club's staff, and matters thereof
    • Finance and Fundraising Committee - Assist the Treasurer in reviewing expenses for payment and in preparing the annual report to the membership
    • Membership Committee - Be responsible for the solicitation of new members, the preparation and distribution of information concerning the Club to these new members
    • Swim Team - Volunteer at Swim Meets (Timers, Meet Marshalls, etc..), team coordinator(s), gear, uniforms, merchandise
    • Social Committee - Coordinate Social Activities such as Euchre night/league, cornhole league, Campout, Movie Night, and more
    • Other - please expand upon any skills and talents that you would like to contribute to continuous improvement
