2027 SEASON INFORMATION
PRACTICE SCHEDULE – Practices begin on Monday, June 14 – all weekdays through Friday, July __ (full season practice, meet, and deadline calendar here)
- 8:00-8:50am Ages 9-12
- 8:55-9:45am Ages 8 and Under
- 9:50-10:40am Ages 13+
During the season there are 8 dual meets that are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (2027 schedule not yet available). The season concludes on Saturday, July __ with a full day league meet that includes all five SISL clubs. This year, Colony Swim Club will host.
SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION – Not yet available for 2027
The Colony Swim Team is restricted to current members of Colony Swim Club. Registration will open in May.
Season: June 14 – July 24, 2027
Fee: $75/swimmer, $225 family maximum
- There is a non-refundable processing fee assessed by Active.com applied to all registrations.
- All swimmers MUST be able to successfully swim 25m unassisted to participate on the swim team. If you are unsure, 8 and Under swimmers can be evaluated at our new swimmer practice/evaluation (9am Saturday, June _), or during the first week of scheduled practice.
ACTIVE.COM PARENT SWIM PORTAL not yet available for 2027
Team registration is found at a different link. Once you are registered for the 2027 team the Parent Swim Portal is where you will report your availability for each meet. Make sure to click “SAVE” after you make a selection for each swimmer, each meet. It is important to the coaches that you declare your availability whether you are able to attend or not.
VOLUNTEER SIGN UP! Not yet available for 2027
Required commitment: Two times per family per season.
We need volunteers to help each meet run smoothly. This cannot happen without the assistance of our swim team families. Early sign-up is recommended.

SWIMSUIT AND CAP ORDERS – Not yet available for 2027
We have partnered with Sun & Snow to be our swimsuit and cap vendor. You can visit the Sun & Snow in Downtown Plymouth (388 S Main St) for sizing. Online orders from our team page can be shipped to your home, picked up at the store, or picked up at Colony (select “In-Store Pickup” – once the swim season begins we will make sure they get to the club). PERSONALIZED CAPS need to be ordered by ___.
SPIRIT WEAR ORDERS – Not yet available for 2027
T-shirts, tanks, sweatshirts, flannel pajama pants, and hats are available through Canton Embroidery. Online purchases will be available for pickup at Colony when ready. ORDERS NEED TO BE IN BY ___.
SWIM TEAM HELPERS 2027
Swim team members 11 and older and who have 2 or more seasons of swim team experience can stay from 8:55-9:45am to help our younger swimmers during practice. Volunteers are expected to assist the coaches and help make the practice run smoothly. Near the end of the season there will be an appreciation breakfast for consistent volunteers.
PRESEASON CLINICS
Clinics are not meant to be lessons but rather a review of skills. Each clinic will be run by an Assistant Coach from 6:00 – 7:00pm. We have space for a maximum of 15 swimmers per clinic and the cost is $15 per clinic per swimmer (plus Active.com fee; REGISTER HERE). Schedule:
- Freestyle – Monday, ___ Tuesday, ___ (two separate sessions)
- Backstroke – Wednesday, ___ or Thursday, ___ (two separate sessions)
- Starts and Turns – Monday, ___ or Tuesday, ___ (two separate sessions)
INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR 2027 SEASON
6pm ___ at Colony Swim Club (Agenda from 2026)
The meeting is open to everyone, but is designed to help families new to the swim team.
NEW SWIMMER PRACTICE/EVALUATION 2027

The purpose of this practice is to help new team members get acquainted with swim practice routines, and allow coaches to assess entry-level skills.
