Dear Colony Members,

We are working hard to get ready for opening day! We have been working closely with the insurance company and our contractor to get the damage caused by the storm last year all fixed and ready to go for another great summer at Colony! Here are just a few of the things that we have been up to:

   – We have had the roof replaced and resealed

   – The storage shed has been rebuilt, with a new roof and new doors

   – The cinder blocks in the women’s restroom that were damaged have been removed and will be replaced by May 1st.

  – The sunshades that were lost in the storm will begin to be replaced starting the week of 4/15/24.

We are working hard and can’t wait for our Colony Family to be together again for a great 2024 season!!
