Sr. Couples Membership – Capital Improvement

Please note that your initiation fee and membership certificate installments are paid separately.  Membership Certificate payments must be paid in equal installments of 1/3 per year in years 2, 3 and 4 or may be paid off anytime in advance.  Dues and Fees breakdown if paid by March 15th of each year with a $50 late fee between March 16th and April 15th. (Make sure you select the radio button at right and your account dues appear in the checkout screen and your receipt after you process your order.  If your receipt shows a $0.00 order and your account still shows UNPAID, then the annual membership registration was not completed properly).
