Membership Certificate (Bond) – Paid in Full [Not Required]

Select this option only if you would like to pay off your membership certificate in full.  Colony allows new members to pay their membership certificate (Bond) over 3 years, with 1/3 of the membership certificate equity fee in years 2, 3 and 4.  Do not choose this option if you would prefer to pay over the next 3 years.  This is typically only chosen if members would like to vote or run for the board in years 2, 3 or 4 as a fully vested member.
