Membership Certificate (Bond) – 2nd and 3rd Installments [Optional]

This Product is for members that have paid their firsts installment or 1/3 of their membership certificate [bond] and wish to pay off the balance 2/3 in one payment.  This would typically only be done if the member is choosing to pay off their bond early in order to have a fully vested membership for the purpose of voting or running for the board.
