Swim Meet Information 2024

Days: Tuesday and Thursday evenings through the end of July - 2024 schedule below

Check-in: 4:45pm - 5:15pm at Colony team flag

Warm-up: 5pm

Meet Starts: 6pm

Event Schedule - dual meets have 51 total events. The last event for 8U is #29.

If a swimmer has committed to attending a meet, but needs to make a last minute change and is unable to attend, PLEASE contact the appropriate coach listed below, via text message. Lineups are created ahead of time using all committed swimmers - not knowing about a change in availability for one individual can result in an entire relay team not being able to compete.

Saturday, July 27 – League Meet @ Fairway Farms

  • AM - All age groups

  • PM - Ages 9-15

Below is a brief outline:

  • Friday 6:00-8:00pm - Early tent setup (teams have designated areas)

  • Saturday 6:30am - Gates open

  • 7:00-8:00am - Check in

  • 7:00-8:30am - Warm up (specific designated time TBD)

  • 8:15am - Timers meeting

  • 8:40-8:50am - Team parade

  • 8:50am - Marshalling for events 1 & 2

  • 8:55am - National anthem

  • 9:00am - AM session begins, Event #1-29

  • Lunch Break (30-45 minutes)

  • PM events #30-51

  • Banquet (at Colony)

Additional Information

  • The host clubs can deny entrance to the pool deck before 4:45 in preparation for the meet.

  • For a swimmer to participate they must be able to safely swim the distance required of their age bracket. A coach will let you know ahead of time if they believe your child is not yet ready.
