AFTERNOON SESSION:     After lunch break/ warm up

  Note:   Colony will try to follow the timeline as closely as possible.  Rain does not stop the meet.  In case of an all day thunderstorm, Sunday July 31st 2016 will be the make-up day.


League Meet Order of Events


  • NO SMOKING or GLASS of any kind is allowed anywhere on grounds

  • No grills will be available or allowed on premises throughout day

  • As always, no food is allowed on pool deck or marshalling area

  • A full concession stand will be available throughout day for Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks via My Food Truck & Good Humor Ice Cream truck (menus attached).  There are no lunch pre-orders

  • Parking will be at Plymouth High School off Beck Road (behind Colony)

    • There will be no parking in Colony lot without a parking pass

    • Parking passes will be raffled off during Colony home meets

  • T-shirt orders are due early (vendor requirement) by June 24th

    • There will be no T-shirts available during league meet

  • Programs & Athlete Ads will be sold during Colony home meets thru July 14th

    • There will be a very limited number of Programs available the day of the league meet

    • Remember to bring cash or check to the Colony hosted meets!

  • Individual Tents may be set-up on Friday, July 29th between 6:00 and 8:00pm



  • Marshalling will be under the cabana behind the starting blocks (west end)

  • OPEN swimmers will self-marshal

  • Please write all Events, Heat and Lanes on the arms of ALL 8 and under as well as 10 and Under swimmers

  • Relays - each team is responsible to marshal their own Relays for ALL 10 & Under as well as 8 & Under relay entries and to escort the swimmers to their assigned ends of the pool!

      8&U and 10&U RELAYS

  • 1 parent per relay

  • Each team is responsible to take their relay to the marshalling area and to assist their swimmers to their proper lane at to escort swimmers to the other end of the pool when their heat is taken on deck
