Grab your Hawaiian shirt, flowered swim trunks, bathing suits and GO HAWAIIAN!
This will be a Members ONLY day, No guests, No passes & No private parties will be allowed. The pool will be open regular hours.
This is a FREE event for members! For an accurate food count, we do ask that you sign up at the clubhouse beginning Thursday, August 18th and no later than Wednesday, August 24th. Can’t make it to the clubhouse? Please send your RSVP in the same timeframe to email@example.com Please include your Member #, Last Name, # of adults & # of children 12 and under. You will be checked-in through the buffet line.
Colony will be providing the entrees of BBQ Pork Sliders, Baked & BBQ Chicken plus Chicken Tenders (for the kiddos). Food provided by Picnic Basket Marketplace.
We request that members attending please bring a dish to share. To allow a rounding out of side dishes we suggest the following guideline:
Last names starting with A-M please bring an appetizer or salad
Last names starting with N-Z please bring a dessert or fruit
Members with food allergies, please note that potluck dishes may not be safe or labeled.
Your dish should plan to feed approx. 8-10 people or no larger than a 9x13 size dish. Also remember NO glass dishes allowed (the dollar store has great aluminum dishes… remember, this is a casual picnic, not an elegant dinner party). Disposable dishes would be best to bring your dish to share…if you need your dish back, please put your name on it and it will be washed and stacked on the kitchen counter. It will be your responsibility to pick it up. Those not picked up within a day or two will become part of our eclectic kitchen collection.
All beverages for the dinner are BYOB, so please bring your beverage of choice to compliment your dinner.
Activities: Pool games wacky style will begin @ 3pm
Dinner: Members should arrive by 5pm; dinner served @ 5:30pm
Entertainment: Hoaloha Polynesian Dance Group - Poolside Show @ 7:30pm(weather permitting)
